FOUNDER
Adeela Carter is the founder of Carter Strategy Group, a global consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning and business development. With her expertise in marketing, brand development, and strategy, Adeela has shaped and aided in the growth of global corporations, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and influencers, resulting in extraordinary achievements and the exceedance of business goals.
Throughout her years of consulting, Adeela identified a gap in the funding opportunities and resources available specifically for women entrepreneurs. This prompted her to co-create Pitch Better Inc., a Canadian based market research firm where she is the Head of Marketing and Communications.
Over the course of her career, Adeela has been featured in several media publications such as Forbes, Globe & Mail, and Refinery29. She has hosted fireside chats for the United States Black Chambers Inc. in Washington DC, and moderated panels at both Build Your Own Brand Conference in Atlanta and The Caribbean Women’s Power Lunch in Trinidad and Tobago.
Adeela prides herself on her ability to build connections with individuals and businesses, while empowering others to do the same.

Sacha Carter-Charles is a founding partner of Carter Strategy Group; a consulting firm that prides itself on its strategic planning and business development expertise. With over 10 years of experience, Sacha’s business background includes; Insides Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Brand Development and Strategy.
One of Sacha’s core beliefs is that wellness is a key area in business development. Her goal is to assist professionals in maximizing their full potential in business by using intuitive tools and methodology.
Sacha sets the bar high. Working one on one with clients to achieve their highest standards. She provides a level of excellence that supersedes expectations.
FOUNDING PARTNER
Brittany is the sixth of eight daughters. She is independent and industrious. Graduated from the York university with a collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Brittany is a practicing Registered Nurse for over seven years. She started her nursing career in fertility then moved into the specialty of neurosurgery, neurology, and epilepsy. Brittany is passionate about helping others heal.
After many years of working alongside clients, she noticed a gap in the arena of holistic care. Many patients were more concerned about the financial setback of their illness finding it difficult to focus on healing/ recovery. The impact of their worry was compromising their overall wellness and mental health.This is where Brittany grew a passion for educating and teaching others how to protect their financial future from non-controllable life events.
Through education on the importance of life insurance, budgeting, and foundational financial planning, Brittany empowers individuals and business owners to become more financially literate. She has the heart of a teacher, truly patient, loves to learn and seeks to understand. Brittany is a registered Life License agent and is happy to serve those in need.
